Returns and Warranty:

Returns/ Refunds are only available when a product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging, within 30 days of purchase from an authorized seller and our website. We will refund 100% of your money.

 

In- Store/ Online Returns:

In-store and online purchases may be returned in-store, to an authorized seller and our website.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and fees at the buyer's own expense including packing, handling, insurance, and shipping services.

 

We highly recommend using a padded envelope or recycle original package to ship the product(s) back. If we do not receive the product(s), we cannot issue a refund. Once we received, you will receive an email or a call from us within 48 hours (within business hours of operation). Once processed, we will refund the value of the return product(s).

 For items that are delivered through USPS, if the tracking number states that your package was delivered, unfortunately, we’re no longer able to refund your purchase. Contact your local USPS and they can be of assistance in finding your package.

If you received an order that was damaged or broken, please contact us at Contact@puriton.us with a name the order was placed, contact info, an image of the damaged product(s) and a brief description of the damage.

 

You will receive an email response from us within 48hours (within business hours of operation). We will review the damage and ship out a replacement or give a full refund.

Please hold on to the damaged product because we will need it ship back in our office.
